The website metropolthailand.com ("Website") is operated by Wiwatchai Worldwide Co., Ltd. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
The Company reserves the right to refuse access to any person who violates these terms or engages in any conduct detrimental to the Company, its customers, or third parties.
02Products & Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of 7% VAT.
- The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applied is that at the time the order is confirmed.
- Product images on the website are for illustration only; actual colours and details may vary slightly.
- Member prices are available only to registered and logged-in members.
03Placing an Order
When you submit an order, the Company will send an acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order.
An order is complete when the Company has received full payment and confirmed product availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
04Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Full payment is required before goods are dispatched. Credit card data is processed directly by Beam; the Company does not store any card information.
05Delivery & Installation
- Products that include installation are delivered free of charge nationwide.
- Our team will contact you to schedule an installation date within 7 business days of payment receipt.
- Installation is carried out exclusively by Metropol's specialist technicians to ensure full warranty coverage.
- The customer must prepare the installation site in accordance with the provided specifications.
- The Company is not liable for damage arising from inadequate site preparation.
065-Year Product Warranty
Coverage
All Metropol and S-FLO products carry a 5-year warranty covering parts and labour for defects arising from manufacturing.
Warranty Conditions
- Register the product within 30 days of purchase to activate the full 5-year warranty.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modification, or repair by unauthorised persons.
- The warranty is valid only when the product is installed by Metropol's technician team.
07Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original, complete packaging.
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
- Installed products cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects covered under the warranty.

08Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and the Metropol and S-FLO trademarks, is the property of Wiwatchai Worldwide Co., Ltd. Reproduction, distribution, or use for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
